ARRT Seeks Feedback from Program Directors, Educators, and R.T.s in Survey
To improve our value as a credentialing organization, ARRT recently asked a random sample of Registered Technologists (R.T.s), program directors, and educators about their experiences with us.
ARRT runs such surveys every few years. With the surveys, we hope to identify the perceived value of our credentials and pain points in your interactions with us. We’ve established strategic priorities to address pain points and to simplify the process of doing business with ARRT. These surveys help us do that work. The survey also will help ARRT identify ways to communicate better with R.T.s.
ARRT contracted with A.N.A. Research, which uses a scientific randomization strategy, to select a representative sample of program directors, educators, and R.T.s to participate in the surveys. We’ll share the results—and any changes we make as a result—in 2023.
