Are You Missing Important Emails From ARRT?
While trying to eliminate spam from your inbox, some email filters inadvertently hide emails you want to see. If you’re not receiving some emails from ARRT, you could be missing information important to you and your students.
Most email providers, including Yahoo and Gmail, have options to mark messages as "not spam" or “not junk.” Doing so lets your email provider know that ARRT is a trusted sender.
If you aren’t receiving emails from ARRT:
- Check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Bulk folders periodically—particularly if you’re nearing your renewal period or other ARRT deadline. If you see an email from ARRT, move it to your inbox and/or follow your email provider’s process for marking messages as “not spam” or “not junk.”
- Add no-reply@arrt.org to your contacts. This may reduce the chance that emails from ARRT will be marked as spam in the future.
If you have an ARRT online account and you want to make sure you’re getting the information you want, check your email preferences. Select Account > Settings, then choose the Email Preferences tab.
