Update Your Course Information for the 2023-24 School Year
It’s time to update your course information for Registered Technologists (R.T.s) who might need specific types of continuing education (CE) credits.
To help R.T.s find the right CE for their needs, we maintain a list of acceptable activities. And that’s where you come in.
If you’ve submitted academic courses and you want R.T.s to have access to them after July 31, 2023, it’s time to update your course information.
What to Do
Log in to your Program Director website account. Select View/Update Courses to access your course list.
To update your courses for 2023-24, click on View/Update Courses between May 1 and July 31. Then click on Provide Requested Information to review the course information you submitted for 2022-23.
- If a course hasn’t changed, select No and submit. In most cases, the credit distribution will roll forward for next year.
- If we haven’t updated the credit distribution within the past three years, however, you’ll need to request a new credit distribution.
- If a course has significant changes, you’ll need to request a revised credit distribution. Save a current syllabus and course content outline as a single PDF file. Then upload the saved PDF containing the two documents.
If you don’t update a course by July 31, it won’t be visible beginning Aug. 1. Reactivate it anytime by logging in. Then click Restore Search Visibility and review the listed information.
