How to Submit Ethics Documentation
If your students have potential ethics violations, please ensure that they follow these processes.
- If they won’t graduate from your education program for eight months or more, they should submit an Ethics Review Preapplication and follow its instructions for submitting ethics documentation.
- If they’ll graduate within eight months and are applying online, they should complete their Application for Certification and Registration and follow its instructions for submitting ethics documentation.
- If they are submitting a paper application, they should follow its instructions and submit ethics documentation along with the application.
Students shouldn’t use the Ethics Violation Report form. That’s for R.T.s, not candidates.
Finally, students can’t receive ethics decisions over the phone or by email. Instead, we send decisions by USPS to their address on record. If their address changes, they will need to promptly change it on their ARRT dashboard. If they don’t have an online ARRT account, they can submit this Address Change Form.
