What You Need to Know About Online Payments
Many educational programs pay for their students’ ARRT exam attempts. If yours doesn’t—but would like to—here’s how to set up online payments.
ARRT enables educational programs to submit payments for their students’ exam attempts. To date, programs have been able to send checks along with paper applications.
When students apply online, they or their program need to pay for the exam(s) using a credit card. If your program wants to begin making payments by credit card:
- Contact us by:
- Calling 651.687.0048 and choosing the option for Program Directors.
- Emailing programdirectors@arrt.org.
- Be prepared to provide us with:
- Your school number
- The name and email address of the person responsible for payments
After your program enrolls, your contact person will receive an email on the Friday after a student applies and indicates that your program will pay the fee. The email comes with a link for submitting your payment. If none of your students have pending payments, your contact person won’t receive an email.
