Making Website Improvements—Guided by Feedback From Our Users
Earlier this year, ARRT’s Strategic Communications team held individual remote usability tests with R.T.s from across the country. Usability testing is a form of user experience research during which a facilitator guides a participant through a series of questions and tasks in a one-on-one, interview-style setting.
The goal of these recent studies was to discover opportunities to improve the design of the ARRT account dashboard. Based on the findings from this research, we’re making several dashboard design enhancements. Watch for these changes coming soon!
Observations of real users is the best way to ensure we’re hearing the voice of our customers and working to make our website and online tools easier for you to use. Sincere thanks to our user experience research participants!
We plan to conduct more user research studies to guide our ongoing online improvements. Are you interested in participating? Join our user group today.
