USE OF REGISTRANT INFORMATION
ARRT maintains an online directory of registrants who have “opted-in” to have their name and registration information displayed in the “Verify ARRT Credentials” section of the site. This information is provided for the following limited purposes:
- By employers to verify a technologist’s certification and registration status (and valid-through dates)
- By state licensing agencies to verify certification and registration for licensing purposes
- By temporary employment agencies to verify certification and registration for job placements
Use of any personal information on this site for purposes other than those listed above is strictly prohibited. If you would like to use registrant information found the website for other purposes, please make your request using the contact information at the end of these terms.
DISCLAIMERS
You understand that ARRT cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that the site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient safeguards to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the site for the reconstruction of any lost data. SEVERABILITY
If at any time any provision of these terms is or becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, that shall not impact the legality, validity, or enforceability in that jurisdiction or any other jurisdiction of any other provision of these terms.
APPLICABLE LAWS
This site is controlled and operated from the United States of America. The laws of the State of Minnesota will govern these disclaimers, terms, and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed in the state or federal courts of Hennepin County or Ramsey County in Minnesota, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of any action relating to or arising out of your use of the site or these terms. In no event shall you be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief. Notwithstanding this, you agree that ARRT shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction it deems appropriate.
