ARRT Nondiscrimination & Fairness Policy
The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is committed to ensuring a fair and impartial testing experience for all individuals. We uphold the principles of nondiscrimination and impartiality across all our programs, including application processes, testing processes, and business operations.
Fair and Secure Testing Experience
ARRT strives to provide a testing environment that is secure, reliable, and free from bias. We monitor each candidate's behavior before, during, and after exam appointments to maintain the integrity of the testing process. Improper behavior is not tolerated and may result in exam results being withheld or cancelled and/or revocation of the ability to take future exams. For additional details on actions that could result in disciplinary actions resulting from exam administration, please refer to the Agreement of Candidates in ARRT’s Rules and Regulations.
Nondiscrimination and Impartiality
ARRT is dedicated to the reasonable and consistent application of nondiscrimination and impartiality policies and procedures. We ensure that all individuals are treated fairly and without bias, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law.
Commitment to Integrity
Our commitment to integrity extends to all aspects of our operations. We continuously review and update our policies to ensure they reflect our dedication to fairness and impartiality. By adhering to these principles, ARRT aims to foster an environment that supports the success of all candidates.
Accommodations
ARRT is committed to fully complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines with respect to providing reasonable accommodations, as required.
