Eight ARRT Programs Receive NCCA Accreditation
The National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) recently certified or recertified eight of our credentialing programs.
It approved new accreditations for our Breast Sonography, MRI, and Vascular Sonography programs. In addition, it reaccredited our Nuclear Medicine Technology, Radiation Therapy, Radiography, Registered Radiologist Assistant, and Sonography programs. All certifications are good through May 31, 2028. Our CT program is also accredited, through March 31, 2026.
Accreditation means that a panel of impartial experts has reviewed our credentialing programs and determined that they meet NCCA’s stringent national standards. NCCA is the accreditation arm of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence. It reviews programs from a wide range of professions and occupations, including nursing, respiratory therapy, and counseling, and accredits those that meet high standards of practice.
