We’re Making It Easier to Report and Track CE

We know that keeping track of your continuing education (CE) credits can be challenging. That’s especially true if you need to report CE for different purposes, such as your biennial CE requirements, Continuing Qualifications Requirements (CQR), and structured education requirements (which may apply if you earn additional ARRT credentials).

That’s why we’re making improvements to the way we store and display your CE records.

Soon, when you report CE for CQR or structured education, we’ll automatically add applicable activities to your biennial CE reporting.

• If we transfer CE activities from CQR or structured education into your biennial CE, they’ll appear in the renewal tool under Summary of Your Reported Activities—the same place you see CE activities transferred from a professional society.
• Although we’ll import applicable CE activities into your biennial CE record from CQR or structured education submissions, the transfers won’t happen the other way around.
• In addition, we won’t automatically transfer CE activities between CQR and structured education. You’ll still need to enter CE activities when completing CQR or structured education.
