For several years, ARRT has offered a Verify Credentials online directory. For reasons including our continuing move from paper-based to electronic transactions, we’ll stop mailing paper credential cards to R.T.s as part of the renewal process on Dec. 31, 2020—once all R.T.s have received notice of their final paper credential card during the renewal process.

BENEFITS OF OUR ONLINE DIRECTORY

We encourage people to use the Verify Credentials directory as their primary source of information. The directory allows employers, patients, and others to determine whether someone is certified and registered by ARRT—and in what disciplines. The process is quick and easy, and it helps ensure that only certified and registered R.T.s present themselves as such.

The Verify Credentials directory gives a more accurate reflection of an R.T.’s certification and registration status than paper credential cards do. Paper credential cards, unfortunately, are subject to alteration and forgery.

Anyone who wants to verify someone’s credentials should use the Verify Credentials directory or request verification by calling us at 651.687.0048. R.T.s can confirm that we’ve processed their renewals by visiting their ARRT online account.
