In the coming weeks, ARRT will roll out a new interactive voice response (IVR) and phone system.
The new system will change the automated prompts for people who call ARRT. “Our goal is to make it easier to route callers to the people who can help them,” says Cathy Grengs, Continuing Registration and Records Supervisor. Hold messages will prompt callers to visit our website or use Message Center (formerly Message Us) in their online ARRT account to find more information.
In the past, people requested a fax verification of someone’s ARRT credentials. Now, they’ll be able to quickly request one using the Verify Credentials section of our website. The directory also shows whether someone is certified and registered by ARRT—and in what disciplines. To obtain a printed copy:
- Download the information from the Verify Credentials online directory.
- Or use the request form to request a download, email or faxed verification.
