In 2020, ARRT extended some deadlines because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Those automatic extensions will end Jan. 1, 2022.

Any extensions granted before Jan. 1 will remain in effect for the people who received them.

The extensions pertained to ARRT exam deadlines and applied to people working on earning ARRT credentials. Candidates for ARRT credentials can find their deadlines on their Candidate Status Reports.
