ARRT’s Board of Trustees recently recognized the American Red Cross’ Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification courses as meeting ARRT’s advanced-level CPR certification requirements.

If you earn an ALS or PALS certification through the Red Cross on or after Jan. 1, 2022, you can report it for biennial continuing education (CE) in the biennium in which it is earned.

ARRT evaluates the advanced-level CPR courses that CPR Providers offer based on recognition criteria our Board sets.
