FEES

Effective Jan. 1, 2026, some ARRT fees will change, including annual renewals. 

  • ARRT will implement a flat fee of $65 for renewals, starting with those due in January 2026. This single fee will apply to all renewals, regardless of the number of credentials held. Fees for renewals due in 2025 remain the same. 
  • The fee for online reinstatement (for those who don't need to re-examine) will increase to $150.
  • The CE probation fee will increase to $100.

  • Postprimary (M, CT, MR, BD, CI, VI, VS, BS, R.R.A.): $225
  • Postprimary (CT, MR, BD, or VS—using NMTCB as supporting category): $450
  • Postprimary (MR, VS, or BS—using ARDMS as supporting category): $450
  • Reinstate certification and registration by re-examination: $225
  • Online reinstatement (for those who don’t have to re-examine): $75

REAPPLICATION

  • Postprimary: $200
  • R.R.A.: $200

RENEWAL

  • First discipline: $30
  • Additional disciplines: $15
  • First postprimary discipline without an ARRT supporting category (i.e., NMTCB, ARDMS): $45 
  • Additional postprimary discipline without an ARRT supporting category (i.e., NMTCB, ARDMS): $15

OTHER

  • Ethics Preapplication Form fee: $100
  • CE probation: $50
  • Missed appointment for Structured Self-Assessment: $100

  • Certificate replacement: $15
  • Additional exam score report: $15
  • Scoring appeal: $25
